One potato, two potato, three potato, four...

Children planting sweet potatoes, Daddy's joy. This is what you call a "long row to hoe." Thankfully, the black fabric helps minimize that need. Pretty soon, those little tiny slips will look like a jungle. But, oh the harvest they will yield...Providentially!

  1. yum, yum, reminds me of the sweet potato jacks that were sold at Darlings bakery in Portsmouth, which has since closed, they tell me! A good crop of these will yield some delectable goodies, as well as the mulberries so charmingly displayed by a special "mulberry boy"! I'm sure you'll be blessed with the fruit of your labor!
